Reservation Agreement

 

Please review the information below carefully.  This statement outlines the terms and conditions of the Reservation Agreement between Rockbridge Cottages, LLC, the Reserving Party and its Guests.

 

Minimum Stay.  The minimum stay is two (2) nights, except for holidays.  Holiday stay requires a three (3) night minimum.  Holidays include New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.     

 

Rates. 

Weekend Rates: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday $163.00 per night, 2 night Minimum
Weekday Rates: Monday through Thursday $148.00 per night, 2 night Minimum.

Rates are subject to change and do not include applicable taxes.

 

Deposit and Payment Policies.  Balance is due in full through PayPal at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy. 

No refunds for any cancellations with less than 21 days notice. Cancellations made 21 days or more in advance will incur a $50 processing fee. 

There are no cancellations due to inclement weather.  Should Rockbridge Cottage, LLC need to cancel your reservation for any unforeseen emergency, you will be notified and your full payment will be refunded as soon as possible.    

Refunds.  Rockbridge Cottage, LLC reserves the right to refund deposits, refuse reservation or discontinue reservation if, in its opinion, the reserving party or any guests are engaging in conduct on the Rockbridge Cottage premises which is deemed inappropriate by Management.

 

Check-In.  Check-in time is 4:00 PM.  If you arrive prior to 4:00 PM, early check-in cannot be guaranteed.

 

Check-Out.  Check-out time promptly at 12:00 PM.  The reserving party will be charged $50 per hour if the reserving party or any of its guests remain in the Carriage House after the specified check-out time.

 

Maximum Occupancy.  The maximum occupancy for overnight guests is four (4). 

 

Reservations.  You must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.  The reserving party will be held responsible for all charges incurred and or damages to premises, structures or contents during the stay which is caused by the reserving party or its guests.  Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or receive prior approval from Management.

 

Personal Property.  Rockbridge Cottages, LLC cannot be held responsible for personal property during your stay, or items left behind following departure.  Please call immediately to report items left behind.  Recovered items will be mailed at the reserving party’s expense.

 

Injuries.  Rockbridge Cottage, LLC is not liable for personal injuries to the reserving party or its guests at any time during your stay.

 

Firearms.  Firearms carried onto the premises must be kept secured in the party’s personal vehicle unloaded and locked in a container made for such purpose.  Firearms may not be discharged on the property.

 

Pets.  Pets are not permitted on the premises.

 

Smoking.  Rockbridge Cottage, LLC is a non-smoking premise.
